I stopped using the catered meal company in February before my knee surgery. It had been definitely been convenient but I started to want to cook our own meals again and the kids weren't liking the majority of the meals. Also I was starting to see the effects of their high calorie meals... So I am trying to start meal planning again. I will just have 4 meals planned and not assigned to a particular night.
steak quesadillas (using leftover steak)
potato burritos(from the freezer)
pasta with chicken sausage and peppers
shepherds pie (using leftover mashed potatoes)
