Easter dessert
What do you normally have for dessert after Easter dinner? I usually buy cream pies from Haggen's. This year I think it will be coconut cream and key lime. My friend Jodi has the best key lime pie recipe but my family thinks it's too sour. I also made a good carrot cake a few weeks ago. Carrot cake would be good for Easter, right? bunnies = carrots.

My vote is carrot cake. We suck, we don't do Easter Dinner - only Easter B'fast.
I'll post the carrot cake recipe I used. It's yummy (like Heather's but a little different!)
