monday meal plan

monday: black bean burgers, fresh veggies and dip
tuesday: homemade pizzas and rootbeer floats (an annual back to school tradition)
wednesday: lemon rosemary chicken and roasted vegetables
thursday: roasted shrimp enchiladas with jalapeno cream sauce and refried beans
friday:  grilled trout, broccoli and corn on the cob
