I thought I would take a break from meal planning through the holidays but I've found it harder to not have a plan than to find the time to make a plan.
monday: spaghetti and meatballs with salad
tuesday: soup and cheese quesadillas
wednesday: turkey mushroom patties, couscous and stir fry veggies
thursday: brocoli beef with brown rice
friday: leftovers
saturday: salmon, roasted sweet potatoes and salad
sunday: chicken fajitas and lime cilantro corn
