***update: looks like I will have an ACL reconstruction in the new year. After the holidays and kids birthdays life will be tolerable on crutches!
Apparently the ACL in my right knee. 'Absent....chronically torn.' We'll see what that means tomorrow when I see the specialist but for now I'm a little surprised that I've managed 10 plus years without one! I knew I was tough but not that tough.

Wow, now that's impressive! I didn't know that was possible, it's amazing you haven't hurt yourself (well worse- apparently you have hurt yourself or you wouldn't have gotten it checked).
