linguine with ham and peas

super quick and easy!
Saute 1 crushed garlic clove in 1 tsp butter
Stir in 2 cups chopped ham and 2 cups frozen peas
When hot, stir in 2 cups fat free sour cream and 3 sliced green onions
Toss with 1 lb of cooked linguine
Add grated Parmesan
