meal plan monday

monday: salmon, coconut lime rice, fresh green beans, salad
tuesday: rotisserie chicken from costco, broccoli, baked potatoes
wednesday: pizza pull aparts, salad or fresh veggies and hummus
thursday: roasted vegetable lasagna and salad
friday: Dale and the kids are on their own while I'm at work
saturday: pesto shrimp pizza
sunday: surprise dinner (I have no idea) probably going to try and get invited to some one's house :)
