first day - part 2

I had really wanted to make Aiden's first day of school special. I didn't make the banner I wanted or have a special snack waiting for him. But Dale did manage to make it home in time for dinner. We had sparkling cider in fancy glasses , ate in the dining room and Aiden used the 'celebrate' plate that I never remember to use. I think the highlight for Aiden was drinking out of the fancy glass.
