gingerbread waffles

Yummy lil taste of fall!

1 1/2 cups white flour
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup milk
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup butter

Mix dry ingredients except brown sugar. Combine eggs and brown sugar in separate bowl. Add pumpkin, milk, molasses and melted butter to egg and sugar mixture. Beat well. Add to dry ingredients and mix until moistened. Pour onto waffle iron.
