update
It seems like we have all recovered from the ebola virus and Amelia and I are now enjoying a nice little cold. Now we will wait and see if Dale catches it! I need to start planning a super duper Spiderman b day for Aiden on Sunday. Usually I have everything bought and planned by December/January. If anyone has made chocolate dipped strawberries before can you let me know the best/easiset way? Can you make them a day ahead of time?

I've made them, and they ususally get "wet" if you make them the day before... I just melted chocolate chips with a little margarine in a double boiler and dipped away, put them on wax paper to set.
